Today I overtraded. Market sold off for whatever reason, I kept buying the dips without market support. I told myself earlier in the day, and even blogged about it, that I would have to wait for $127 in the SPY to buy support. Either way, I find that my abilities are beginning to show. I need to work on discipline and execution still, though.As for JOE, I was able to hold on to it for it rally back to where I was trading. I actually netted a win in JOE =)
