Do you ever notice how your equity curve sometimes look like chart patterns? That's because like the market your equity curve goes through a psychological mindfuck as well. I'm not a trading guru so I'll leave it up to someone else to explain that but before I leave to another 9 hours of work, I wanted to post some charts. Also, I didn't prepare for the Open and so I got fucked. I didn't journal midday so I made the same mistakes in the afternoon. After a walk outside after being almost $500 down, I asked myself if this is for me. Yes, it is. I used to think that trading was the loneliest profession in the world and on most days it is, but for now I have the support of all the people that matters and I won't let them down.
